Doc Chey’s Noodle House opened in 2002. They are located on Biltmore Avenue, right next to Double Decker Bus in downtown Asheville. “Peace Love Noodles” is their motto, and they focus on serving high quality food to their guests. Dinning there, you can enjoy hand-made spring rolls, dumplings, dim sum and asian style noodles etc. Besides the regular menu, they also offer dietary menus for the vegetarian.
